Our competitive advantage: it comes from quality and consistency because the people doing the cleaning – the Unit Franchisees – are committed financially in the results. How? Contracts are granted by the Master to Unit franchisees but they may lose their investment if they lose their accounts for unsatisfactory reasons.

“Why would anyone buy a Unit Franchise when they can go into business by themselves?” The Unit Franchise prospect does not want to procure customers or develop all of the systems needed to run a successful commercial cleaning business. They need the experience of a franchisor who is structured to do so.
“Will my city have enough buildings to clean?” Yes! There is $200 of commercial cleaning per capita. JAN-PRO services the small to mid-tier market in commercial cleaning. This can be described as office buildings, car dealerships, banks, apartment complexes, retail stores etc.
“Will I ever sell out my market with regard to potential Unit Franchisees?” No! With a minimum population of 400,000 people in most master territories the opportunity for Unit Franchise sales has no limits.

The Franchise Fee – The Training
* Our Franchise Fee is based on up to $20,000 for every 100,000 in population.
* A portion of the franchise fee may be financed through us.
* We also require $75,000 to $100,000 working capital.
* Minimum liquidity – $200,000 (in hand or third party financing)
* An ideal location is a metropolitan area of 400,000 or more in population.
* Initial Training: two weeks in USA.
* Start up support: one week on site at the opening.
